REBECCA HENSLEY, M.A.
has more than fifteen years of experience working in a wide range of social settings with individuals and families in crisis, as well as male and female adult and adolescent addicts and offenders. She is an accomplished designer of office and programmatic processes and has designed and administered social service programs with an annual budget of as much as $1,000,000.

Hensley has 118 graduate level hours in Sociology with a specialization in race relations and urban issues. She has been an award-winning teacher at the college level for twenty-one years and is currently an Instructor of Sociology at Southeastern Louisiana University. Additionally, she is a highly-respected trainer and motivational speaker with a reputation for the passion she brings to her topics. More recently, she has become increasingly consulted because of her proven expertise in mentoring African-American students at majority White colleges and universities.

Hensley can evaluate and provide for your needs related to training, technical assistance, trouble-shooting, program design and re-organization, morale and motivation-building, information and guidance--on-site or off. She can conduct a full-tilt two-day seminar or a quickie-training during your regular staff meeting. She can inspire your club or employees at a special luncheon or she can meet with you privately to coach you through your own individual periods of change.
